1..Massage the scalp gently with coconut or almond oil daily for 10 to 15 minutes.have more proteins, milk, buttermilk, wheat germ, Soya beans, whole grains and nutsYou can take an uncooked egg yolk and massage it into your scalp. Leave it on for 1 hour and then simply rinse out. This will help with hair growth
